2. Description of Service
ALOO eSIM provides travel data plans through eSIM (embedded SIM) technology. Our service allows users to purchase and install digital data profiles for use in supported countries and on compatible devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Device Compatibility
Device Compatibility: It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. ALOO eSIM is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information (such as email address) to ensure the successful delivery of your eSIM QR code.
4. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
Prices for data plans are subject to change without prior notice.
You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply based on your local regulations.
5. Delivery of Service
Upon successful payment, the eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be delivered to your registered email address.
Delivery is usually instantaneous but may take up to 30 minutes in case of technical verification.
6. Usage Policy & Prohibited Conduct
The data plan is for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activities or in a way that interferes with the network provider’s infrastructure.
ALOO eSIM reserves the right to suspend service if fraudulent activity is detected.
7. Limitation of Liability
ALOO eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Network outages or poor coverage provided by local telecom partners in the destination country.
User’s failure to follow installation instructions (e.g., deleting the eSIM profile after installation).
Issues caused by the user's hardware or mobile device.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ALOO eSIM operates (Istanbul, Turkey), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
