2. Description of Services

   

ALOO eSIM provides prepaid digital eSIM (embedded SIM) data profiles allowing customers to access mobile data connectivity across various international destinations ("Service"). We act as an authorized reseller and aggregator of global mobile network carrier profiles.

   

3. Device Compatibility & Registration Requirements

   

       

Compatibility Check: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that their mobile device is unlocked by their home carrier and compatible with eSIM technology prior to making a purchase.

       

Installation: Once purchased, an eSIM profile is delivered digitally via QR code or direct activation link. An eSIM profile can generally be installed only once on a single device.

   

   

4. Purchase, Pricing & Payment Terms

   

       

Prepaid Billing: All eSIM data packages are provided on a prepaid basis. Prices are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.

       

Payment Processing: Transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, Wise, Tap Payments, and PayTabs). By placing an order, you authorize ALOOGSM LTD to charge your designated payment method.

   

   

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

   

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant electronic provisioning, special refund conditions apply:

   

       

Eligible Refunds: A full refund may be granted if the eSIM profile cannot be activated or used due to a verified technical fault originating from ALOO eSIM or our network providers.

       

Ineligible Refunds: Refunds will not be provided if:

           

               

The customer's device is locked to a specific carrier or incompatible with eSIM technology.

               

The eSIM profile has already been successfully installed, activated, or data usage has commenced.

               

The customer changes their mind or no longer requires the service after order completion.

           

       

       

Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact support at support@alooesim.com within 14 days of purchase with details of your order and technical issue.

   

   

6. Acceptable Use Policy

   

You agree to use our services solely for lawful personal or business communication. You must not use the service for:

   

       

Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose under local or international laws.

       

Transmitting spam, malicious software, or activities that disrupt network infrastructure.

       

Bypassing local telecommunication regulations or licensing laws in restricted jurisdictions.

   

   

7. Network Availability and Service Limitations

   

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted global connectivity, service availability depends on third-party telecommunication partner networks. ALOOGSM LTD does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted coverage in every location, as network quality may be affected by geographic conditions, local congestion, or carrier maintenance.

   

8. Limitation of Liability

   

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALOOGSM LTD, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the eSIM services, including loss of business, data, or travel disruptions.

   

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
